2. Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati inviati con il modulo di contatto: nome, cognome, indirizzo email, telefono (facoltativo), azienda (facoltativa) e il testo del messaggio.
- Dati di navigazione: i sistemi che fanno funzionare il sito registrano automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici, come indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta e tipo di browser. Servono solo a garantire il funzionamento e la sicurezza del sito.
Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica o pubblicità. I dettagli sono nella cookie policy.
3. Perché li trattiamo e su quale base giuridica

4. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo
- Richieste di contatto: per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo che nasca un rapporto contrattuale.
- Dati di navigazione: per il tempo previsto dal fornitore dell'infrastruttura, normalmente pochi giorni.
5. A chi possono essere comunicati
I dati non vengono diffusi né venduti. Possono essere trattati, come responsabili del trattamento, dai fornitori dei servizi tecnici che usiamo:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting del sito e inoltro dei messaggi del modulo.
- Il fornitore del servizio di posta elettronica a cui vengono inoltrati i messaggi.
Alcuni di questi fornitori possono trattare i dati anche fuori dall'Unione Europea, in particolare negli Stati Uniti. In questi casi il trasferimento avviene sulla base del Data Privacy Framework UE-USA o delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea.
6. I vostri diritti
In ogni momento potete chiedere l'accesso ai vostri dati, la rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento e la portabilità dei dati, e potete opporvi al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Basta scrivere a giorgio.suita@gmail.com.

2. What data we process
- Data sent through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and the text of your message.
- Browsing data: the systems that run this site automatically record some technical data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and browser type. It is used only to keep the site working and secure.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

Providing the form data is optional, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact requests: for as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship follows.
- Browsing data: for the period set by the infrastructure provider, normally a few days.
5. Who it may be shared with
Your data is never published or sold. It may be processed, as data processors, by the providers of the technical services we use:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and forwarding of form messages.
- The email provider that receives the forwarded messages.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. In that case the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Just write to giorgio.suita@gmail.com.
